The rules that apply when you buy from Dream Land Farms Africa Limited.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of dreamlandfarms.co.tz and any order placed with Dream Land Farms Africa Limited (TIN 206-856-521), Bahi, Dodoma, Tanzania. By using this website or placing an order you accept them.
2. Products and availability
Silage, poultry, goats, tilapia, vegetables, beef cattle and fruits are farm products. Availability, size, grade and harvest timing vary by season. Anything shown on this website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer.
3. Quotations, orders and pricing
Prices are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, email or a signed quotation) before supply. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge quantity, price, delivery date and delivery point.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed per order. Bulk and contract supply may require a deposit before production or reservation of stock. Ownership of goods passes on full payment.
5. Delivery and collection
We deliver across Dodoma and Central Tanzania, and can arrange transport further afield at cost. Delivery dates are estimates in good faith; weather, road conditions and livestock welfare may cause reasonable delays.
6. Quality, inspection and claims
Please inspect goods on delivery or collection. Claims about quality, weight or count must be raised with us within 24 hours of receipt so we can verify and resolve them fairly. Live animals and fresh produce cannot be returned after handling by the buyer.
7. Animal health and food safety
Livestock is raised and handled to good husbandry standards, with veterinary support. Buyers are responsible for transport welfare, storage, slaughter and any permits after the goods leave our custody.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Tanzanian law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or production.
9. Website content
Text, photographs, the DLFA name and logo on this website belong to Dream Land Farms Africa Limited and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
